These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at euphoriaprint.com and any orders, quotes, or services you request from Euphoria Print ("Euphoria Print," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or submitting an order or quote request, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Euphoria Print is a custom printing shop based in El Paso, Texas. We produce printed materials such as business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, and marketing kits to order.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on our website are estimates. Every order and quote request is reviewed by our team, and your final price is confirmed after we review your files and specifications. Prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
Payment (50% deposit)
A deposit of 50% of your order total is due at the time your order is placed. We begin working on your proof as soon as this deposit is received. The remaining 50% balance is due in full before your order is scheduled for pickup or delivery. Orders will not be printed, released, delivered, or scheduled for pickup until the balance is paid in full.
Proof approval before printing
We do not begin printing until you have reviewed, confirmed, and approved your proof. By approving your proof, you take responsibility for the final content as approved — including spelling, wording, layout, sizing, and color. Once a proof is approved and printing has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Deposits and cancellations
If you cancel before any work has begun on your order, your deposit is refundable in full. If you cancel after design, setup, or proofing work has started but before printing begins, your deposit is refunded minus the value of the work already performed. Once your proof is approved or printing has started, your deposit is non-refundable, as your order is custom-made and the materials and press time are committed to it.
Design services and revisions
When your project includes design help, it includes a set number of initial concepts and one consolidated round of revisions based on your feedback, as described on your design or revision form. Additional revisions, a substantial change in direction, or edits requested after you approve the final proof are billed at $45 per hour, and we will confirm any added cost with you before we begin.
Customer-supplied files
You are responsible for the quality, resolution, and accuracy of any files or artwork you provide. We print files as submitted and approved and are not responsible for low resolution, blurriness, low-quality images, incorrect color setup, or errors present in files you supply.
Content and ownership
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images, text, and artwork you submit, and that your order does not infringe on anyone else's rights. Euphoria Print is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues in customer-provided content. All content on our website, including our name, logo, and text, belongs to Euphoria Print and may not be copied or used without permission.
Color, cutting, and production variances
Printing is a mechanical process, and some variation is a normal and unavoidable part of it. Colors may differ from what appears on your screen or from a previous run due to differences in monitors, files, inks, paper stock, and equipment. Cutting, folding, scoring, and finishing may vary slightly within standard industry tolerances. Euphoria Print does not accept liability for, and is not responsible for reprints or refunds due to, variations in color, trimming, folding, alignment, or other mechanical discrepancies that fall within normal printing tolerances.
Turnaround
Any timelines we provide are estimates, not guarantees. Production begins after your proof is approved, and pickup or delivery is scheduled after your remaining balance is paid in full. Delays caused by late proof approval, late payment, file issues, or supply and equipment factors may affect your completion date.
Pickup and unclaimed orders
Completed orders not picked up within 30 days of notification may be considered abandoned, and Euphoria Print is not responsible for storing them beyond that time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euphoria Print's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your order or your use of our website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your order will be handled in the courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and the updated version applies from the date it is posted.
